Trishuli Gorkha Mid-Hill Trek allows the trekkers to explore firsthand the mid-hill Nepalese lifestyle and culture. This is not an arduous trek that takes you to high altitudes, with the attendant stress and risks. Rather you hop from one typical rural settlement in the morning to spend your night in another, passing through many such settlements, farms, fields, and forests during the day.
The trek starts right from Trishuli, a few hours’ drive from Kathmandu. After 5 days of leisurely walking, we arrive at Gorkha, the birthplace of the founder of modern Nepal— Prithvinarayan Shan. Watch the spectacular palace on the hilltop and the mouth watering scenery of Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Manaslu, Himal Chuli and others. Then we board a vehicle and return to Kathmandu.
