Although the upper Langtang Valley was explored about 6 decades ago, it has not changed much and has limited facilities. Therefore, tented camps will be your accommodation and almost everything required for the trip will have to be carried along. Due to the restriction on use of firewood, even the fuel needs to be carried.
Highlights of the trek include the valleys of Langtang and Helambu, the Tibetan village at Langtang, and of course, Ganja La Pass. There are chances that you get overwhelmed with the breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks such as Langtang Ri, Ganesh Himal, Lang Sisa, Chorkari Ri and about 10 peaks over 6000 meters.

You may have toured to many destinations in the world, but you are still missing a lot if you have not been to Tibet, the ‘Roof of the World.’ Here is your chance of a lifetime - a well-planned overland tour to world’s highest plateau, which is famous for its extraordinary landscapes, ancient monasteries and the unique culture of the Tibetan people. On your way back, you will fly across the majestic Himalayas, sighting Mt. Everest from a close distance.
