We begin our trip with a short domestic flight to Lukla from where we rely on our own feet for the rest of the journey. From the very first day you will get to taste the intoxicating blend of mountain views and local Sherpa culture. Nights will be spent mostly in lodges and enough time will be allocated for acclimatization whenever great significant altitude shift is involved.
Our trail follows Dudhkoshi River (upstream), passes through Dudhkoshi Valley surrounded by Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru peaks, the colorful Namche Bazar and Tengboche and finally ascends to Kalapatthar, the highest point on our way. In addition to Mt. Everest, the Lhotse-Nuptse Wall, Ama Dablam and Kantega are the major attractions in this tranquil region. You will also have the opportunity to explore the Mountaineering Museum in Namche Bazar, witness village life in Khumjung, and many monasteries, lamaseries and temples during the trip, including the famous Tengboche Monastery.

You may have toured to many destinations in the world, but you are still missing a lot if you have not been to Tibet, the ‘Roof of the World.’ Here is your chance of a lifetime - a well-planned overland tour to world’s highest plateau, which is famous for its extraordinary landscapes, ancient monasteries and the unique culture of the Tibetan people. On your way back, you will fly across the majestic Himalayas, sighting Mt. Everest from a close distance.
